Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Mesquite

Phenomenal service!! From the moment I placed my order to the moment I received my food everything was great!! I was about to ask the person at the pick up window for a cup holder, but he already had my drinks in one!! I was so excited because often times when I go through drive-thru at other restaurants I have to ask for a cup holder and it makes it difficult carrying the drinks one by one. The food was very fresh and delicious. I ordered 3 of the boxes and they were absolutely wonderful. It was my 1st time visiting this Popeyes location, but I'll definitely be back!!

Waiting for 30 minutes in accordance and order was still wrong and chicken was cold as usual! I waited because I felt after the long chicken would be fresh and hot, NOT! Popeyes has to do an extensive training! Food: 1/5

Do not order online, because if you don't have what you need, just throw away your receipt and don't bother to call and tell you about it, so if you show up, there's nothing to get because it cancels your order. Besides, you need to do the refund yourself because they obviously don't have enough sense to do it yourself. Do not even worry to ask for some kind of credit for inconvenience. Absolutely ridiculous.

Absolutely terrible situation with even worse employees. Had a huge order for our clinic lunch where we ordered all the sandwiches and they gave us no call or email that they have no sandwiches available. They had the opportunity to discard the reception and cancel the order without telling us and telling us that they could not give us credit and we had to initiate the refund process on their own. Order NIE again from this place.
