Applebee's Grill - Mesquite

Half priced apps were very good. The cooks tonight did an amazing job. It was some of the best Applebees that I’ve ever had. Our server Alaysha was phenomenal. She deserves a raise ASAP anything to compensate her further than a tip. This young lady deserves the recognition and reward.

Poor management!!!! Waited at the front entrance for awhile before anyone acknowledged my husband and I ….. When we were finally seated a table of young girls were allowed to sing out loud and yell across the restaurant almost the entire time we were there. Received my frozen margarita almost a hr after ordering it. Once it came out it literally tasted like straight frozen ice, no taste! And the food was horrible….. I then sent the drink back and I ordered a glass of wine that I didn’t get until after we asked for the check! My server a younger guy was nice an apologized knowing himself our service was horrible. First time going to AppleBees in awhile….. Definitely won’t come back to this one…….

Very Poor Staff I Had Call As I Stood In Front Area To Ask For Help. When I Ask For Help The Manager Derrick Did Not Seem To Give One Rat Care. Clearly He Only Making Check. I'm Sitting Waiting As I Type This Comment. Apple Bee's Is Trash It Deserve O point O Shut It Down ?. I Would Never Recommend Apple Bees For No One. Only Did One Star Because Not Option Do O.0.

All I can say is wow. I used to love going to apple bees but after coming to this location last night I will never go again. First we waited like 10 mins at the host stand waiting to get sat couldn't see a server or hostess around, after waiting and finally getting sat the service was just not there. It seemed like I was bugging to ask for anything tbh. It took about 15 mins to get our drinks then 45 mins to get a app in even though we ordered our food right away. Server barely checked on us and it didn't really seem like they cared to serve us. Mind you the restaurant was so slow there's no reason for it to take this long. I work in the service industry and I can say staff needs TRAINING management NEEDS TRAINING. It's not ok to see 3 employees at a table eating, talking , laughing not caring for the guest because they are too busy enjoying not working. Plus the whole staff was HIGH ASF AND SLOWWWW. Food was aight. Please take the time to go somewhere else.

This place right here is the worst restaurant I've been to! The place is so messy! Over-priced food. Wings are so greasy I only ate 3. They charged my card 4xs I had to call my bank in regards to the issue and fix it! The waiter was nice and had great customer service. Other than zero stars. Run, this place is ghetto and dirty.
