Le Relais Marine - Mesquer

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in September which was probably about 3 nights too many due to the fact that this nice little coastal resort is pretty much closed once the French holiday season is over in August. The hotel is well placed with free parking opposite, we were given a larger room upgrade but he ensuite was very tiny like a cupboard! We ate in the hotel restaurant on one night (it was closed the night we arrived) the food was Ok but nothing special. Hardly any restaurants in the village were open even though I had specifically enquired via the tourist office in advance. Those that were supposed to be open were not but thankfully we found the 'Cabanes a huitres ' a walk away from the hotel, where went 3 times which was very good (see review).

Stayed here twice before. In July last year, during the festival. The room was great, very bright and airy. The shower was really good. We ordered breakfast to the room and all I can say is wow. The standard of food and service are extremely good. We will return this summer, as wouldn't be a good trip to France without staying here.

After a day of walking, we enjoyed the warm welcome and benevolent from the reception. Quiet room, excellent and hearty breakfast. We recommend this facility

An idyllic night spent in this hotel, reserved in the evening. Special mention for affordable rates and restaurant. Menu with 40 euros succulent, as well for breakfast to 10 euros very well provided, all this accompanied by a staff with small care. The rooms are charming, clean and well designed. Don't hesitate.
