Zoyo Neighborhood Yogurt - Mesa

My children love visiting this place where they can create their own frozen yogurt and choose exciting toppings. It’s a fantastic little treat for them. The staff is consistently friendly, and the establishment is kept very clean and well-maintained.

I absolutely love this place! The flavors and mix-ins are outstanding! They also have a fantastic rewards program, and the staff is really friendly!

My family and I visit this place multiple times a week, but there's always an issue. Either they’re out of certain flavors or something isn’t working. Most recently, I walked in at 6:30 PM and placed one of my two orders. After I fixed the first order, I turned around to get the toppings, but the syrup was missing from the counter. When I asked about it, the employee informed me that it was in the back. I requested that she bring it out, but she refused, saying she was getting ready to close in an hour. However, the sign on the door clearly states that they are open until 10 PM. I explained that I wouldn’t pay for the ice cream if I couldn’t get the toppings I wanted. Everyone has their cravings and favorite items, right? Unfortunately, she still wouldn’t go get the toppings from the back. I ended up leaving my order on the counter and walking out, and I will not be returning. This isn’t just a one-time bad experience; we’re likely among their most frequent customers in the neighborhood. I cannot recommend this location due to the overall poor service.

I absolutely love the mango frozen yogurt topped with maraschino cherries; it’s such an amazing combination! However, they don’t always have the mango flavor available. Some of my other go-to flavors are pineapple, apple, cheesecake, totally tart, and Dutch chocolate.
