Wendy's - Mesa

Ordered a large spicy chicken combo with a strawberry lemonade they give you a small one every time yet they charge an upgrade fee. Supposedly the same 60 cent no matter the size so where is my large drink? Then I get a sliver of dollar tree tomato with a mayo drizzle... and they love to argue with you! I know the customer isn't always right but damn! I'm unimpressed. I never have a good experience with this location so this will be my last visit.

Well.... I just want to say, we love Wendy's! But, what happened today is sooooo annoying!!!! We ordered a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger with mustard, ketchup and a lot of onion only. (exactly what i said) The woman asked if I wanted mayo. I repeated mustard, ketchup and onion ONLY! (I stressed ONLY) The woman was nice, said she got it. We arrived home and opened the burger..it came with lettuce, tomatoe and 1 piece of onion! GEEZ!!!!! Next time, we will be sitting in the drive thru opening our order to make sure it's correct!!!!!! Come on Wendy's.... you can do better!!!

Out of lettuce, ice, and carbonation for the soda. They had only sugar free drinks. Normally its an alright spot must of been an off day this time around.

Stopped in to get some chili. I was 2nd in line. Took 18 minutes to get attended.. Had no potatoes available available for anybody. That were very low on chili.. The gentleman at the front counter with the pink hair seemed very confused and was lacking experience. My understanding is that hes been there for a while but they are lacking some help.

The manager had the temperature so cold you could hang meat. Not kidding. Told manager too, but he was more concerned with the homeless guy getting a free soda. Then I dawned on me that if it to uncomfortable for people to eat in he doesn't have to clean it. By the way I am a former Asst. Manager for Wendy's 3 years. I don't think the standards have changed that much. But the burger was great.
