The Fishin Hole - Mesa

I was pleasantly surprised to discover a great catfish restaurant in Mesa. I ordered the combination plate, which included catfish, fried shrimp, and a small crab cake. It also comes with hushpuppies, coleslaw or salad, and you get to choose a side. I opted for fried okra, while my husband chose corn nuggets. The fish was flavorful, and the shrimp was perfectly cooked. The coleslaw was tasty but had a hint of sweetness that was a bit off. The other sides were excellent.

The catfish is fresh and delicious, the corn nuggets are addictive, and their Southern-style sweet tea is just right. You have to eat here!
