The Buffalo Spot - Mesa

I enjoy the flavors of the food, but the service is lacking. I appreciate the convenience of ordering online for a specific time, especially during my limited lunch break. However, the last four times I have ordered, my food wasn't started until I arrived, rendering the website and pickup time useless. It seems like the staff lack motivation and efficiency. I may not return as frequently if I have to wait for uninterested employees.

We absolutely adore this restaurant! The wings are my favorite. We make the trip all the way from San Tan Valley just to come here every time. The blue cheese is also fantastic!

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent!

The workers are very unprofessional at this location. When I walked in all 3 of the workers were in the back in the kitchen on their phones. One was sitting on the counter where they prepare food. The tables where customers sit were still dirty and the trash cans were full of trash like they hadn't thrown it out in a while. The area where the fountain drinks were was a mess and disgusting.I placed an online order so when I arrived the guy told me it was still going to be 5 minutes so I decided to go sit down at one of the tables. 15 minutes go by and i see several people get their food. And i ask them about my food. It was ready and they had just forgot to tell me. Will no longer be going to this location.

I wish I could post zero stars because this location does not deserve one star!Do not go to this location they have horrendous customer service they cannot complete orders in a timely fashion. If you want to go to this location just expect to wait 20 to 30 minutes each order because the employees who are very unprofessional are in the back on their phones or talking to one another they don't have any food prepared. I've been to multiple of these restaurants and they seem to all have their business together except this location waste of time and money!
