I always have a wonderful experience with the staff. They're quick and friendly!
The blonde, slightly overweight female employee at the Laufwerk drive-thru always seems to be in a bad mood when I visit. When I asked for a refill, her customer service was quite poor. In my previous job at Toducks, we understood the importance of treating customers with respect, and it felt like they might have hired her out of desperation for staff.
I have a friend for coffee. it was good. close and the staff is always friendly
Nice, quick, good service. Ordered through the app, picked up in the drive through.
