Starbucks - Mesa

This might be the worst experience I’ve had in the valley. I ordered two drinks, and they took about 20 minutes to arrive. Most of the time, my drinks are completely incorrect. Service is often quite rushed. Sammy was kind enough to fix our drinks today, which I appreciated. Overall, I’d rate the food a 2 out of 5.

The staff at this restaurant are incredible, particularly the morning team. I want to give a special shoutout to Ashley, a remarkable and strong woman who assisted me with my rather lengthy special order. Thank you, Ashley, and the morning staff!

A large nitro hot tub is mine. I'd rather not pull a flat lid when ordering a whipped cream on my coffee. sometimes it's not. not sure how to specify in the app. food: 4/5

Worse dieucks in the antido to never get online orders right. there is always an empty gap on the cup. as if they evaluate their ingredients and screw people who order online. drinks never taste as good as others dieucks due to wrong mixes

I got an ice soy venti caramel macchiato with extra caramel around the cup, caramel syrup instead of vanilla (they were out). They were also out of cold foam which was a bummer.
