Sonic Drive-in - Mesa

The beverages were good, but I was disappointed with the half-filled portion of chili cheese fries. I ordered a large size and expected more. Additionally, when I added onions as an extra topping, I received only a few pieces. In the future, I will just stick to ordering drinks from this restaurant, as those are easier to get right.

I drove all the way to the drive-thru only to realize it was closed, so I had to drive back around again. A visible sign at the entrance indicating this closure would have been helpful. Additionally, I ordered 2 large drinks with my order, but one came as a medium. The service seemed slow even though the restaurant didn't appear busy.

They need more workers. The poor lady was delivering everything to our cars by herself and it was busy. I felt bad for her. Fries were very salty and the popcorn chicken was super dark. I think the grease needed to be changed. Probably wont be back.

Super slow all the time. Like 30+ min. Often times they don?t give you your sauces like frosting for cinnamon sticks or marinara for mozzarella sticks. This last time I tried to order ice cream and they said they aren?t selling ice cream right now but when I picked up my food in drive thru, I saw them making a bunch of shakes so they straight up lied to me. Pick a different spot to eat.

I need a refund for my onion rings. i ordered rings but they said they were out so I got fries instead. the price was not adjusted from rings to fries. they should have fixed the price in the store. this is the second time they have tried to pass off something cheap as something expensive. yes they asked if fries were ok but i thought price would be adjusted for cheaper item
