How have I never been to this place?! beautiful service excellent food, not to mention the presentation! great facility, a little hard to find first but it is very nice and has a good atmosphere; kasse was very accommodating from my view (I lost my glasses and cannot see very well without them) and offered to read the menu for me! 10 stars if I could!

Update: decent place with great food! customer service needs some improvement, they were a little slow and messed up some of the order. but for eating and the price it is worth it. they have actually recompensed me for my experience! I'm pretty surprised. Thank you!

Had the best experience here tonight! My husband and I had initially come to Chipotle next door for dinner, and afterwards we figured we would stop by SB for a shake on our way back to the car. We had a lovely conversation with the staff who greeted us as soon as we came in the door. After expressing my dietary concerns, Stephen suggested a few flavor combinations for the ball-and-chain and I. He put so much effort into the presentation of a simple shake and it looked absolutely amazing. It may seem silly to rave about an ice-cream shake but it was the care, candor and consideration that went along with it. Just before we left, we found out that he was actually the general manager for this location. It’s not often that you see a GM assisting patrons, let alone working an order. It was just a special experience, one which my husband and I will be repeating again. You can tell it is a good environment when the restaurant is clean and the employees are happy and working as a team. Thank you guys, we will absolutely be back on another impromptu date night!

My husband got the Avocado Bacon Club with grilled chicken, it used to come with avocado slices and now it’s an avocado sauce. He preferred it better with the slices. Our fries were fresh along with my classic burger!! Service was good and we didn’t have too wait long for our food!!
