Updated review: the next morning, I received a call from the owner apologised for her chaos. she saw my review and realized that she accidentally gave my order to someone else. she apologised for her mistake and for the way the manager spoke to me. she also reimbursed my whole meal, which was beautiful because it wasn't what I ordered and it was unusable. I really appreciate her call and apologize and do it right. I am in the regular a fan of this place and I tend to be friends and family. but tonight I decided to get out, big mistake. I ordered a p1 with extra steak extra jalepenos and hoisin sauce and charged for. extra. what I was given was far away from the right. I had two jalepenos and all fat in my pho. straight fat. I was charged $23 for a bowl of fat. When I wanted to discuss my mind, the hostess was very nice to talk only to a terrible manager. he told me and I quote that they have decided to order so that the quality of service and product is different than in the house then he told me that I am going, is pre balanced and in the house is fresh and they get more. I have no problem with which I pretend my thing is when they charge $6 for extra steak and serve me all fat. then they tell me I had eaten in. there is no reason that they should be under the operation of their takeout customers. we are a customer and deserve the same quality of service. then he told me that I was wrong and if I were so unhappy, I could come back and he would look at this and he would go away from there. I live over 20 minutes away, it's 7pm in the night and they close at 8. I didn't go back because you see it and tell me I'm wrong. So I told him no that would not work, he said well if they don't drive here, I don't know what they say, eat next time if they have to pay more they need I have no problem paying for extra but they give me what I pay. I will never come back here and it's a shame because I really enjoy it and often came with friends and family.

I was here for lunch last week and wish I hadn't. 1. the man there gives me a dirty look, I should have gone out of there. 2. the pho had a strange taste. I have tried many pho in the valley and that was the worst.3rd this place is expensive for what they get. I have meatballs and cut beef, I have half a meatball and 3 slices of beef. I don't pay a good money for good food, but I felt demolished. $30 for lunch for 1 person. I'm not back.

I realized I had mixed my reviews. that's fixed now. I enjoy eating here. I feel, however, as if the ease of the staff was very minimal. in a way, I felt like I had brought out a few employees by being there. the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice until I spoke to a few different employees. it was mainly my recent visit where the hired seemed like I didn't touch them. I felt like eating earlier was great and the customer service was average. This time I don't know what it was, but the employees had such a bad attitude. I felt I should have taken my food. I would give less stars due to lack of customer support. the quality of food would lead me to a higher price. customer service would be 1-2 and eating would be closer to a 4 so that I cut it at a 3rd.

I have lived in gilbert in the last 3 years and that was downstairs my favorite place to dine. I come here at least 2-3 times a month. eating is great. I brought my sister to eat here last week and she found haare in her eating when she was halfway. we informed the server that server offered to replace it, but my sister said it was good (my small child was with us and he was tired) the server has taken the order from the bill. we returned a week later, because we understand, of course, that the dinges happen, and as I said, this is one of my favorite spots to eat. we came in and sit. a woman I have never seen came out of the kitchen and went over to us and told us that we had to go because we complained that haare was in our food when we last ate it. I tried to explain that it wasn't a big thing and we still wanted to support her and she went to the middle of talking about me while she said they didn't want any problems. I went to the front counter and there was another young lady who is usually my server when I came in, she said that they don't want us to eat there because the haare we found in our food were none of their haare. in a very exciting way that we put haare in our food, so we don't have to pay. I asked her for a manager, she refused. a man came from behind and said he was the manager and also said that they did not serve us because it did not find their hairs that we found in the food. discriminatory to its finest. very bad attitudes about eating a $12 dish and it is very sad that they do not pay attention to losing a consistent customer. I filed a complaint today. You're for your service!

Don't be fooled by Google. They are NOT open on Monday. You will be greeted by a paper note on their front door telling you they are closed.The food taste fine but it's way over priced. Trust me, you will leave hungry after eating a large bowl of Pho.
