Food and service was great. been here several times and every dish I've tried has been great. my server Vanessa was very friendly and attentive . she makes some very tasty margaritas too. will definitely keep coming back.

Very delicious. Spacious dining area. We love the fajitas and fried ice cream. The house margaritas aren't bad either. Our server is always so nice to my girls. There is usually a guy there who plays the guitar table side if you like.

Came in in a Groupon and so glad we did! Service was great and food was fantastic. It was myself, my husband, my MIL and our two kids (3 &4). We were greeted and seated right away. There was a gentleman playing music just for us and came to the table which the babies enjoyed. Don't forget cash for a tip. Our food took a bit but we had an appetizer to tide us over. The cheese crisp was gigantic and delicious. My MIL and I had taco combos and my husband had a big seafood combo (playa bonita parrillada) that was kept warm at the table. He also had 2 mixed drinks which were good and strong. I ordered two kids meals with fries. One cheese enchilada and one bean and cheese burrito. Both were good size and I split them between the babies. The restaurant and restrooms were both super clean. The only reason for 4 stars not 5 is because the seats in the booth were uncomfortable in shorts because the vinyl was cracking and there was a minor mistake with my meal (no rice or sour cream/guac with my combo when I specified rice and beans and the others said they were included). Not enough for me to complain or ruin our dinner.

After reading a few reviews, I decided to give this restaurant a try, and I'm so glad I did! The food and service were excellent. My girlfriend ordered the steak fajitas, while I opted for the seafood enchiladas. Both dishes were incredibly delicious and generously portioned. The rice had a flavor that exceeded anything I’ve had before; usually, I leave rice on my plate, but I ended up finishing almost everything! The salsa had a nice zesty kick to it. The restaurant has a traditional ambiance that adds to the experience. Overall, this is hands down the best Mexican restaurant in the West Mesa/Northeast Tempe area.
