Red Lobster - Mesa

A RECOMMENDATION OF THE RED LOBSTER LOCATION. We had an excellent server! DENZEL'S customer service skills are exceptional to be polite demeanor should be the standard, but it is extremely rare. We appreciated him. The restaurant is clean unlike other restaurants that never disturb the crumbs of food from the seats, we saw how well they were cleaned. All our meals were delicious I HIGHLY recommend, all you can eat shrimp! Our server came regularly to ask if we wanted a second help, unlike some restaurants that can offer everything you eat, but intentionally last long to check with you for the second help.

We came when we went to Scottsdale and had a great time. Our waitress Moude, if I remember correctly, was very friendly and even gave us a few laughs before and after our meals. She was very polite and friendly to us, even recommend one of her favorites. The food was great! Tryed a new meal and left satisfied and full! Very friendly facility overall, and if I lived closer there, I could eat more than just a few months.

I would have rated this lower, but our waitress turned our whole experience around. I'm a bigger guy, so I always ask for tablet seating. We waited around 30 minutes and was told they gave our table away and only booths were available in the active section. Our waitress offered to move us to a closed area with table seating and was super polite and professional. Place was pretty clean and the food was awesome. Management, please keep your awesome employees there!

Red lobster in Mesa Az on Southern. Reserved a Priority Seating online with the open door app on a Friday in April. We arrived a few minutes early, and checked in with one of the 3 people at the podium. We waited about 15 minutes and then started seeing others that arrived after us being seated. I complained and was finally seated, but only after another patron that arrived after me, told the hostess that we had been waiting. Alyssa was our server and made the rest of the evening more pleasant. She greeted us promptly and gave great, friendly service. Thank you Alyssa!

Great food and out waitress was absolutely amazing and so patient. We were a large party and she was so kind and took her time to assist us and answer our questions. The food was delicious. The biscuits were of coarse to die for! Would definitely recommend this restaurant
