Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - Mesa

I just wanted to say wow! We had such a great time enjoying this delicious fast food. The chicken fingers were unlike any I've had before—definitely different from what we get here in NY. That special sauce really made it extra tasty. Both the chicken tender sandwich and the chicken tenders with fries were amazing. The interior matched the theme perfectly; it was neat, clean, and the service was fast. The staff was outstanding! When we mentioned that we were new to the restaurant, our server guided us through the ordering process, and afterward, he even checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied. Great job! Highly recommend the chicken sandwich with Cane’s sauce and the chicken fingers with fries.

There's not much to say about Cane's except that they undoubtedly serve the best chicken strips in the valley! Everything is always hot and fresh when you order. The only downside is the long lines, but once you take a bite of that chicken dipped in their signature cane sauce, you'll know the wait was worth it. Pair it with some coleslaw and a refreshing lemonade, and don’t forget the bun and fries... it's truly a treat! It's like stepping into chicken strip heaven! I always have a great experience here, and I'm sure you will too. Excellent work, Cane's!

The managers at this location display a lack of professionalism, as they often use inappropriate language in front of customers. The staff members also tend to have a negative attitude, lacking any enthusiasm during service. I have visited several other locations in Arizona, and I have never experienced such disappointment in the management of a restaurant. Unlike other places where the crew is enthusiastic and attentive, this location falls short. While the food is excellent, the overall professionalism and management leave much to be desired.

Made an online order for curbside pick up had me sitting outside for 15+ Minutes and some time is reasonable because I was early however if I say I'm picking up at 445 don't make me wait 10+ minutes after said time..... you'll know how to take the order/reservation but not keep up with standards.... I love your food but customer service is everything and no one came out to tell me there's a wait or anything and turns out you didn't even make my food I order 1hour ago and now you're making it.. I'll never come back this is outrageous ???? btw they never came out. I had to go in and it's like I never ordered it till she looked threw the computer so my order was here the while time..... I'm beyond mad with you service.. home update you messed up one of my combos and of course it was mine... this is literally the worst.. don't use their app

The food is great. The food orders are almost always correct. For some reason drink orders at this location are about 50/50 if you get what you ordered, so check before you leave. Especially if you order unsweetened tea, odds are you'll get sweetened tea. Shrinkation has hit Cane's, the chicken strips are definitely smaller than they used to be.
