Pho Viet Nam 2 - Mesa

We had some concerns about the cleaning chemicals left scattered around the dining area, and it was surprising to see chopsticks and spoons out in the open for anyone to touch, especially considering the ongoing COVID situation. The food was somewhatPlain; the meat could have been fresher. On a positive note, the prices are reasonable, and it's the only pho restaurant in the area. However, it's worth noting that there are homeless individuals nearby at night.

The pho broth was perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, but I do wish the noodles weren't cut so short, as it made them tricky to pick up from the broth. The meat was of standard quality and there was a sufficient portion. The restaurant was clean and tidy, and the restrooms were well maintained, with toilet paper, paper towels, and soap all recently stocked. Overall, it was a 5+ experience. We went for an early dinner, and I noticed the restaurant got busier closer to 7 PM. I’ll definitely be returning, as this place is truly a gem!

I strongly advise against visiting this place! It was absolutely revolting! My friend and I decided to try it based on the positive reviews, but the establishment was incredibly unclean. When we went to pay, we noticed dirty rags hanging in the dishwashing area at the back. We also stopped by the bathroom on our way out and found a dead cockroach in the corner. We ordered the number 13 with beef, but the beef was some sort of processed and compressed meat. I've had better dried pho from the grocery store. At this point, I’m just hoping we don’t get sick. I also plan to report this to the health department. SaDec and AZ Pho are fantastic places, and I won’t be returning here again!

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. This place is definitely worth a visit and a return trip. I ordered the chicken pho, which I didn't notice on the menu displayed here, but it’s my daughter's favorite.

My favorite order is number 16, and I always get it with a side of egg rolls and a Thai tea to drink!
