Parrish’s - Mesa

On our first recent visit, we shrugged off the issues, thinking it was just an off day. We arrived in the afternoon when it was relatively quiet, ordered drinks, and then had to wait 15 minutes before asking the server where they were. After we ordered our food, we waited an additional 25 minutes for it to arrive. Today’s experience was quite similar. Although the drinks came out promptly this time, we ended up waiting 30 minutes for our food orders. To make matters worse, the Teriyaki sliders arrived without the Teriyaki sauce! At this point, we just wanted to eat and leave. It’s clear that something has changed with this restaurant, and it’s unlikely that we’ll return.

This is a regular spot I visit every week. The service deserves a rating of 10 stars—it's absolutely exceptional! The food menu is outstanding. They have a little-known secret appetizer that's not heavily advertised: the Bacon Cheese Fries! They're loaded with cheese, topped with generous chunks of thick bacon, and the fries stay crispy even when drenched in cheese. The burgers are consistently fantastic, and their salads are amazing. The Wedge and The Chop salads are beyond description—you really need to try them to appreciate how good they are. There's a small bar and plenty of seating available outside.

Kayla B is fantastic! I truly appreciate how she made both me and my young daughter feel at home. She was incredibly kind and attentive with my kids, and we received wonderful extra care from her. I will absolutely return, and it's all thanks to her! Food: 5/5

We used to love this place. Two visits in the last week resulted in disappointing food. Steak sandwich was dry, bland, and lacking substance. The hanburger patty was thin like what you'd get from cheap fast food and it was also dry and flavorless. $13 for a burger that was worth $3.Food: 2/5

My husband and I are new to the area and we were looking for a place just like this!We headed to the restaurant after a long day of unpacking and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious. I tried Kathy's Kroissant. It was just I was looking for, something light.Matt was our server, he was very attentive and made sure all of our needs were met. This will definitely be our go to place.
