Contribuiți la feedbackMy wife and I love Panera and this was by far the worst experience ever. Half of the menu items were out on the kiosk, that's whatever they can't control inventory. Then after we ordered our food it was a 20 minute wait standing. We almost did not make our zone boarding our flight. When my dad opened his pepperoni pizza baggett it had 4-5 pepperonis and a pinch of cheese, no Mariana sauce. When my dad asked them they said they ran out so my dad had to put ketchup on it. Then I noticed my sandwich had mustard on it when I took it off at the kiosk. They also didn't tell us they ran out of chips and put bread in our bag without telling us until I went back up and asked. They also forgot our cookies we paid for. Management needs to step up as you are the main source of food for flyers in that airport. Overstock products more!!!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options
It's a panera at a small airport... It was fine. I'm just glad they let me use my app and rewards account at the airport location, which some chains don't let you do!
Lets see. It's 11:00 am and we're out of lettuce, onions, tomatoes, pickles, and wd still can't make the sandwhich on the right bread. And this is a sandwhich shop. Truly pathetic. Shut this farce of a restaurant down and put in a tackg Taco Bell or Mcie D's. At least they'll have food for travelrrs who don't want to pack a lunch.
Quick bite in the airport. They were put of a few things. But was fine.
Out of white cheddar cheese. $3 to substitute with another. Either I pay an extra $3 or get no cheese on my sandwich??
