Panda Express - Mesa

Yum! Who doesn't love Panda! It is delicious and although some of their chain stores are a bit hit and miss, this was great and in line with the Panda quality. The orange chicken was hot and fresh and delicate. The Chow mien was great and I like how the cabbage was torn up (not like certain places where they give you a huge, unbeatable stalk cabbage). As for the portion size, they gave the right amount and were not cheap with their cup size. The line wasn't too bad for lunch - although I admittedly went a bit later in the afternoon at 2:00. The staff were friendly and cashier was easy and fast. No complaints from now on.

I ordered by GrubHub, first got the super-greens and Chow my from this place. I usually don't leave reviews like this, but everything has cost normal, except the super-greens. The super greens were so well cooked! Usually, when I get them from other places they are on the salty side and maybe muddy, but these were still crispy and perfect!

My order was incorrect, I discovered missing items when I got home. I had to drive back to the restaurant. They agreed to replace the missing items, but not the rest of my order. I spent $70 on a pickup order and still had to return. It wasn't worth it. The customer service was poor, the food was cold, and I will never go back.

There are still some good Panda restaurants out there, but unfortunately, this is not one of them. The staff was rude when taking our order, my teriyaki chicken was not properly prepared and I had to struggle with a plastic fork to cut it. The cashier was also rude and the food was not up to par. We will not be returning to this establishment. It was a waste of money to be treated poorly and eat bad food. It was also quite expensive.

The food at this restaurant always tastes good, but they consistently mess up my order. I don't realize the mistake until I get home. I think it's time for me to find a different Chinese restaurant.
