Contribuiți la feedbackThe food in this restaurant is fantastic as Panda Express is in general. The service is typically fast even at high volume times. The parking lot is not the best due to the ongoing work around the restaurant, but is perfect. Today unfortunately I ordered (2) Big Platter Entrees. After I had paid for meals, I was looking to wait a few minutes on the parking lot while they cooked some hot and fresh steak that was the only obstacle at this moment, which would have been a smooth and quick ride through pickup. After one of the individuals came out to deliver my order and I saw him output two more commands to riders as I was. I came home to find out what I ordered was not the job I paid. I tried to call the restaurant several times, just to get the phone busy or ring. Other then this mistake I can say that this place has always been on point with my orders and get the food quickly, hot, fresh and tasty.
I wanted to get food and order our meals and everything. For two bowls and a big coke. I guess we shouldn't have noticed that they don't include the coke, so we were confused in the window because we didn't get our drink. We asked if we could get the coke and pay it separately, but they said: we can't get you up here, you need to get back through the drive thru?. If you think they're literally chasing us and we paid for it in that window. It seems ridiculous that we have to go through the line again to get a coke we could? ve paid on the window. Eating was good I think but would not recommend if you make a simple mistake like missing an item on the screen.
I walked out of this restaurant without placing my order because they refused to honor the free duck deal offered through their survey, claiming that it had been more than 30 days since I completed the survey. There was no mention of this restriction at the reception, which was confusing and frustrating. I don't understand why a business would deter a customer over something as trivial as the date on a survey. I have encountered similar issues at other establishments that did not mention the expiration date. Aren't vouchers meant to attract and retain customers? Having no expiration date would have been more customer-friendly. Panda Express has consistently disappointed me lately, and I believe it's time to find a new dining spot. They've lost my business over a mere $1.50. Additionally, their dishes always come with white rice, which is reminiscent of McDonald's lack of variety. It shouldn't be difficult to ensure a variety of options for customers. The cost of losing a customer over such minor details far outweighs any savings from not honoring the deal.
After returning home, I discovered a hair in my meal and decided to discard it. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to return to the restaurant and go through the drive-thru process again. When I contacted the restaurant to inform them of the issue, they stated that they could not take any action unless I returned the plate of food, which had already been thrown away. When I inquired about alternative solutions, both the staff and managers were very unprofessional.
I ordered a small a la carte dish of green bean chicken breast. I am a regular here and usually love this place, but today when I got home and poured my chicken onto a plate, I discovered there were only a few bites of chicken. If I wanted some green beans, I would have ordered a side of green beans. I am completely disappointed!
