Jack In The Box - Mesa

I usually love Jack in the Box, but the one on Main and Lindsey is terrible! They are often closed at night, the food is always subpar, and the staff, including management, is awful. I would recommend avoiding this location.

The food at this restaurant was not up to par, the service was slow, and the employees were rude. They were on their phones and eating inappropriately. The food was old and unappetizing. I tried calling multiple times but no one answered. I even had to contact the regional office to report them. I will not be returning to this Jack in the Box, next time I'll go to McDonald's instead.

I ordered my food from a nice Chinese lady who is always helpful and friendly. There is also a Hispanic woman who I'm not sure if she is the manager, but she seems mean and rude to her. It's sad to see because the little Chinese lady does such a good job and is always beautiful, while the other woman is not friendly at all.

Pretty good, I prefer this Jacks over the one on Recker. Mostly because they occasionally make the effort to toast their buns here.Like most fast food places, it's hit and miss. Sometimes its great and other times it's just okay But that's not really the fault of the store.

After person gave me my order I asked for condiments but the girl closed the window on me. She saw me look and wave at her but she still walked away and pretended she didn’t see me. I waited there for a couple minutes but I guess she was waiting for me to leave. So I went around to the speaker box and I let her know what I needed. She gave me the biggest attitude as she was giving me the rest of my order. All in all poor service.
