Hungry Howie's Pizza - Mesa

Ordered our pizza for delivery it took 2and half hours and then it was cold and wasn't done it was doughy and by the time we got it it looked like it was thrown around in the

I placed an online order at 11 PM, just an hour before the restaurant closed at midnight. However, ten minutes later, an employee called to cancel my order because he was by himself.

I called at 9:20 tonight to place a pick-up order, but the person on the phone told me they weren't accepting any more orders. I asked why, and he replied that they turn off the ovens at 9:30. I pointed out that it was still 9:20 and their hours say they close at 10. He interrupted me, said "sorry, have a great night," and hung up. It's frustrating to deal with staff who don't seem to care about their job. The customer service was awful, and I definitely won't be ordering from here again!
