House Modern Sushi - Mesa

The Karaage chicken was a perfect 10/10! It was incredibly crunchy. I tried three different rolls, which were 8/10 and packed with flavor, but unfortunately, the rice was too soft, causing all of them to fall apart easily—not just the baked one. Overall, it was a good experience!

I've been here twice recently, and I haven't encountered any problems! The food was excellent—so delicious!

We ordered a few appetizers and four rolls. I wouldn’t recommend the garlic edamame, as it’s overloaded with garlic powder. The octopus sashimi was still frozen, prompting us to send it back. As for the rolls, they were just average—nothing special. It felt like a typical sushi restaurant, but the prices were quite high given the quality of the food. I think they’re thriving mainly due to their location next to the movie theater.

I have been coming here for at least 13 years. I have ate at maybe five other sushi but they never compare to house. This is the best sushi EVER!!

This place has been my go to sushi place since moving here! Always delicious rolls with great service!
