Firehouse Subs Southern Dobson - Mesa

The meatball sandwich here is fantastic! However, the meal deal cost nearly $12, even with a $3 off coupon. I really dislike inflation. As for the new Prime Rib Sandwich, it's quite pricey, especially since there's no voucher available.

I went there for a sandwich, but the service was less than friendly when I placed my order. I even advised others not to go. It took them 25 minutes to prepare my sandwich, and when it was finally ready for takeout, I noticed that the bread wasn't toasted. I assumed Firehouse was known for their roasted subs. Now, I’ll be heading over to McClintock and Southern.

I had to wait 20 minutes for a meatball dish, even though there were only two other customers in the restaurant. When I finally got home to eat it, the meatball was cold in the middle as if it hadn't been cooked properly. I wouldn't recommend this place; the staff clearly don't care about their work.

I like the firehouse in every part of the valley. And this is no exception. Service was great. And can't beat a hook and a ladder! I'm always here for our first answers... I know it's not much, but if everyone does, the money...!

My order was being made when one the the workers sneezed directly in front of and onto the counter. Didn?t bother wiping it down afterward. Didn?t bother changing their gloves. This person didn?t even bother to turn around to sneeze at the wall. And when asked if they just sneezed on our food, they lied and said no. This is disgusting. In these days of barely post Covid pandemic I can?t even fathom this happening. I would give less than one star but am unable to. Management please remedy this situation immediately!!!
