Firehouse Subs Signal Butte - Mesa

Eating wasn't ready when it said it was out when I ordered online. I ordered my sub without pimples and found my sub-upside down on the top of the disgusting pickle. I got my whole sub by touching it. Thank you. Firehouse to not be able to follow a simple guide. I don't understand. I want a refund.

This location of Firehouse is simply not good, was not about here in the year, although it is 2 minutes from home because it is always something. decided to give him another attempt today to start very slow service. Order a big hook and ladder without Deli Senf, not crazy I thought. Get half the ham stuff and half the turkey stuff that also had deli mustard on it. I don't get it almost $14 for this sub and can't do it right. Find another location or place in this area.

Lunch today. Remember, my wife and I have always loved Firehouse Subs and was a regular customer. The service has suffered since the pandemic, but today was the worst and triggered this review. There were three people in the line when we came in. We paid for our food at 13:34am after our reception and finally 2:10am my husband asked how much longer it would be. They assured us we'll be here soon. We got our food at 2.25. We had ordered two medium-sized standard sandwiches, not a special item. There were five employees while we were there, but only two of them were allowed to make sandwiches. The others were either on the floor or in and out of the kitchen area. Not even one of the employees let us know that there would be a delay. We were not the only ones who complained. A Uber driver came to pick up an order she delivered, and said it was the second time in a week that she was forced to wait to pick up the food for her client. We're not going back soon. So many other places in Mesa to get a sandwich.

Went on 5. November at 12 there were 5 people working and only 3 other customers in the store it took them 35 minutes to make our 1 sandwich
