Firehouse Subs Dana Park - Mesa

Terrible firehouse sub franchise owned by wendy. after the conversation with manager, how do not eat as enough meat look and the bee was not bee, but was in the steamer and knocked still a cold bungalow. we ordered the meal combo and I asked for a refund. she gave us back only minus the drinks and chips, and she said bc we opened them. it was our intention to eat with the delicious sandwich. a good owner/manager would be credited to the entire meal. the food we returned after 20 minutes and after a 35.00 dollar food bill I got only $24.00 back. go to san tan firehouse subs in gilbert against these, they will get better service and more meet on their sub.

Slow again. only two customers in the load, but still 28 minutes to get my food. 4 employees, two in the back do prep work, one in the register and returning floors, a poor girl left to make the eating alone. I felt bad for them that the others did not help. food: 5/5

Order online, the order said pickup by 1:40 came at 1:46 and our order had not even started. there were four workers who were moving in the screw speed. a door-ply order placed before us waited and they went out before the order. we didn't get our food until 2:01 and it was wrong. there was no line when we arrived. should have read the reviews before the order at this location seems like a common event.

Good was good, the customer service wasn't. the girl that made my sandwich said that this is a lot sweet for such a little sandwich. then they didn't call out my name, or anything when my order was made, my bag just put on the head with 2 other people waiting for her to eat, so I had to ask, then the guy just gave me a dirty look.

Ordered online at 12:12 with a promise time of 12:30 but food was handed to me at 1:00. People that entered the restaurant way after me were able to get their food and were out the door. On top of all that, the online system double charged my account so I immediately called the restaurant only to be told I had to wait for a call back after their rush to resolve the issue. Never wilI I go to this restaurant again.
