Ordered the choco brownie extreme bblizzard cake for my sonny birthday. I got the order online Sunday for a pickup from Wednesday (his birthday) I received the email confirmation that the order was received and I verified that all the information was correct. showed up on Wednesday to pick up the cake and was told that they did not. no excuse for this inability.

Sa in the car thru window for 6 minutes, got my blizzard fast, but then she asked me to move to the parking space and wait for the rest of my order (cheeseburger and pommes.) had to wait 10 minutes in my car, watched three other cars coming and going to the drive thru with their food. When I saw my blooming melt, I decided to walk in. told the first child how long I waited. “Oh, it comes now...” another girl: “We only have one person in the back now...” I told her it doesn’t matter. a burger and pommes should not last long (16 min.) I was the only person in the drive thru so I know they weren’t so busy before I ordered. 2 minutes before the child finally gave me my food. timestamp on my input is 5:11pm. I just got out at 17.30. to give two stars, just because my last two were not bad before today.

(7-21-22)Yesterday, my friends and I went here for lunch. I really enjoyed the rotisserie bites and the chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard. Michelle and Rachel were very polite and helpful.
