Cold Stone Creamery - Mesa

2 young girls working let 2 kids cut in front of an older man who was trying to order ice cream for himself and another younger girl. The 2 employees dis nothing and started helping the 2 kids that cut in front of the older guy. Nothing short of discrimination.

I have ordered from this location on 3 different occasions (door dash pickup), signature creations Oreo overload (sweet cream ice cream, fudge, chocolate chips and Oreos) 2 times (gotta have it) had no chocolate chips, the 3rd time (love it) paid extra for chocolate chips to make sure they were included and was lucky if there was 1 Oreo cookie mixed in?!? Website states to call upon arrival for curbside pickup, tried calling rang multiple times no one answered.

It is very clean, not too busy, and I was thankful they recommended me to mix flavors because it ended up being so delicious on a hot night.

Great ice, as with all locations. very clean. very friendly service. unfortunately ice cold air temperature inside (and I like cold A/C, but it is ridiculously cold) and there are no outside seats and the parking can be a bit tight.
