Came all the way from Laveen... It's 9:23 and they still aren't open!

A quick review for my favorite chain dessert treat stop. Yes, I know they are not on the health food list. But sometimes you just enjoy a nice guey , hot, sweet cinnamon rolls. Cinnabon has always been the top quality stop for amazing cinnamon rolls. The new look and clean store make it a good experience so you don't feel like some of those donut shops with the guy blowing his nose, whining it on his arm, then finishing his cigarette before cooking the next batch. Cinnabon is a clean, class act that has one simple great treat- tasty cinnamon rolls. Love it!

I just stopped in to get a multipack of 4 Cinnabon and was told they didn 't have any. When I asked how long it would be I was told This is an iffy thing. We only make them when we have time throughout the day. I don 't know when we will have time. There was nobody in line ahead of me so I 'm not sure why they couldn 't make any rolls but the tone and demeanor of this guy will keep me from EVER supporting this location again. What an awful way to operate a business, especially on the weekend.

Went in the store, ordered a dozen cinnamon rolls. The clerk took my order, told me to come back in an hour, I did and they said that they were too busy to fill my order and I?ll have to go to another place. So disappointed in this company for wasting my time.

I haven't been to a Cinnabon since before 2010 and they didn't disappoint me at all.
