I called five times today and even left a voicemail, but it’s been frustrating and disappointing dealing with Chipotle. It requires too much effort on my part to resolve this issue. You would think they would at least offer a refund, but all I’ve received is a voicemail with a number to leave yet another message.
I'm tired of Chipotle employees cutting back on portions because they believe it's too much food. The whole point of Chipotle is to sell large burritos. Just because you might eat very little doesn't mean you should shortchange paying customers with their orders. I've had enough. Every time I complain, they make you feel like you're being unreasonable for simply asking for a little extra of any ingredient. I'm switching to Qdoba now. Good luck trying to sell $11 burritos that are as small as the $2 ones from Taco Bell.
After dining here three times, we've decided not to return. The proteins consistently seem overcooked, and there are instances where the burritos are mostly rice with very little filling. They often forget to include items that were ordered through the apps. Additionally, the food is often not ready in the pickup area, requiring you to ask for it. Some of the staff don't appear very motivated. As for the overall flavor, it lacks consistency and tends to taste overcooked. It's quite disappointing.
After eating from here three times we decided not anymore. the proteins always appear over boiled. sometimes the burritos are all reis and not much of anything else. they often forget to insert the ordered articles on the apps. eating is not ready in the pickup areas and they need to ask for it to be preserved. some of the employees don't seem to want to be there. as for the overall taste it is never consistent and usually tastes overcooked. it's really a bummer.
We go to this location very often and haven’t experienced this bad of service before. They tried to get us out the door as fast as possible and could not comprehend words. There was maybe two people in line with me… so no rush at all. Don’t ask for extra meat as you won’t get your moneys worth.
