Bogey's Steak Seafood - Mesa

My wife and I are HUGE food. One of the first things that made us a game is our love of good food, drinks and businesses. That means... We had our wedding reception at Bogey’s Steak House (Rusty Putter) on 9/10/11. There are not enough good things we can say about our experience there. I don't know. Shaw, the manager was with us every step from the beginning of the planning to the last guest. He was helpful, accrediting and enjoying working on it. He helped me personally and my wife in the evening of our wedding. He smiled and greeted all our guests and was present on the floor, from the beginning to the end of our reception, to every detail. Chef, Cory Mingo went over and beond what each of the many Caterers did or were willing to do (and we tried a ton of them in all Phoenix Valley, not only Mesa where the event was). At one point in the evening my father asked for a horse stable at a carving station and Cory came out and served it to all our guests, he not only a bowl on the table near the beef... He personally served it to everyone who wanted it. My bride and I ate everything. Usually at a beautiful wedding one or two things are good and the rest is medium best... At Bogey’s, (Rusty Putter) EVERYTHING was exceptional at dinner buffet. From antipasto plates for cocktail hour to dinner buffet with over a dozen dishes. It all tasted as if it had just been plated in the kitchen and served you immediately, fresh and tasty. But we had our favorites, the zucchini cakes and NY stood above the rest of The Staff was excepitonal. Every person there was politely smiling and helpful. Our guests never had an empty glass or a dirty dish in front of them. Almost every single guest at the wedding noticed how excellent the food and service was. We also come the Mesa Mule from the bar (the version of a Moscow Mule) proved to be the drink of the week for us. The best thing is that we were on a really strict budget, and Dennis and his employees did everything for us. If you are planning an unforgettable or unforgettable event or just eating for the evening, I recite this place over everything else in East Mesa.
