My friends and I initially were looking for an Indian restaurant recommended by "the Lonely Planet" on 65 gouger street.

The food is quite good at MayaThe reason I've given it two stars is because of the rude service myself and my family received here a few years ago.

And good pancakes!!! I really like this place. Attention you have to book the summer because they lack staff so take only few people.

This is a must if you like your authentic crepes or galettes. Setting is beautiful, but would suggest you book during high season. We are regulars and always celebrate our anniversary here with the kids.The menu is always extensive enough for both savory and sweets and the kids love it.Service is great and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. If you are in a rush, book to go another time as it is a true traditional french castle setting with a couple of playground bits for the kids....savor it and enjoy it!!

The choice of black wheat specialty pancakes has been considerably limited: only 5 of them, 2 of them salmon and 1 to the surimi. The "brigand sing" wheat pancake is always as good. the marquise (chocolat - orange squirrels (many) - large marnier) could be improved
