I visited this restaurant when it was empty. The food was mediocre. When I went to use the restroom, it was in terrible condition. I won’t be coming back. Service rating: 1.

Our experience at Majestic Mountain Escape was truly awe-inspiring. Set amidst stunning peaks, the location exuded a sense of magnificence and enchantment. Our lodge room was generous in size and featured a balcony that allowed us to enjoy the breathtaking mountain views. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and offered helpful advice on exploring the nearby trails. This is a destination where the mountains showcase their eternal beauty. Rating: 5/5

This review is purely on the Sunday take away dinner I've always had a nice dinner from the Bessemer but I have noticed it been going down hill recently, today was the worse dinner I've ever had (from anywhere) it was salty but tastless and just awful gravy was watery, the trays have gone smaller I paid nearly £60 for 5 dinners!!! Its really a shame as I've always rated and recommend this place

Hotel seems to be located on low spec housing estate. Not very near to town. Digital clock on the outside of the building was wrong by about 5 hours. Reception desk unattended on arrival, rang the bell, and 3 youngsters arrived who seemed more interested in some very weak banter with eachother than checking us in. Lift had a really strange smell. Broken key caed for room didnt work, we needed to summon staff to let us in and out of the room. No hairdryer. There was some tape on the carpet, as if there were some work abandoned mid progress. No lock on the bathroom door... just a hole where it should be. Massive gap at the bottom of the door, also. Some cladding loose on the bathroom wall and soap dispenser leaking. TV reception was poor, only about 3 or 4 watchable channels. Only 1 pillow each in room. Loud extractor fan in the morning, probably from the kitchen. Nobody on reception at check out. I've emailed the hotel to ask for a call from the manager. They havent called me.
