Meze Turkish Street Food Merrylands

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, as the Turkish food fell well below expectations. The mixed shish platter, which included a variety of meats, was tough and not properly cooked. The Adana kebab seemed more like Lebanese kafta and lacked flavor. The chips were also quite unappetizing—cold and tasteless. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The only positive was the friendly and professional service, which is why I gave them one star.

The kebab was disappointing; it contained no meat whatsoever and was very lacking in fillings. Even the chips weren't fresh.

I visited this restaurant a few times when it first opened and after the ownership change. They still prepare their chicken kebabs and chicken shish meals just the way I enjoy them, and the hot chips are also tasty. I've consistently had excellent customer service during my visits. I didn't give a full five stars because I tried their pide once and found it wasn't as nice or fresh as others I've had, especially from when the original owner was in charge. I haven't tried it since the new ownership took over, but I always choose the kebabs and shish whenever I'm in the area.

Wow what can I say what a generous amount of kebab meat which tasted amazing.I hosted a kebab lunch and my guests loved it.Mehmet and his workers were outstanding and I will definitely use them again.Keep up the amazing work .

The staff are usually friendly and polite. Food is ok. Unfortunately tonight I was served by a young girl who was extremely rude and nasty. My young children even noticed the way she carried herself. Bad attitude. Yes people have bad days when working a customer service job, doesn't mean you take out your feelings onto customers.If this is how she treats all customers you will lose many in the future.
