The Seedling Cafe - Merrimack

This is a lovely café for breakfast or lunch situated in the heart of Nashua, in the tallest office building in the city. Due to its unexpected location, not many people seem to know about it, which makes it a hidden gem worth discovering. The atmosphere is pleasant with friendly clientele, the food is delicious (with plenty of healthy options), and it’s a great spot for a conversation. I’d give it five stars, although they’re just shy of that rating.

Karen put together a fantastic selection of meal packs, including vegetarian options, paired with a fresh garden salad and delightful cookies and brownies. They were very well received during lunch when I delivered them to the Merrimack Chamber Office. Each pack came with all the necessary utensils and tools, making everything easy and appealing. Seedlings is my go-to choice for catering, and they also offer some amazing breakfast dishes.

This is a quiet café connected to the hotel. It's open to the public. There is a small parking lot in front. We had breakfast and there weren't many hotel guests. It serves standard breakfast, well cooked and served on time. The prices were very reasonable.

I have lived in Nashua almost my whole life and Seedling has to be my favorite local lunch spot. The staff is amazing and personable. My company goes there for lunch on a routine basis.
