Qdoba Mexican Eats - Merrimack

This was my first visit to a Qdoba, and I was not disappointed. I ordered chips and queso as a side, along with an Impossible fajita bowl topped with guacamole. It's often challenging to find good vegetarian options, but this meal definitely made me a happy customer.

The main course was delicious, but the chips had an unpleasant smell and taste. Overall, it was a decent experience with friendly staff.

After finishing our shopping, we were in search of a quick dinner around 7:30 PM on a weeknight. Most places seemed to be closing, but fortunately, Qdoba was still open. It was my second time visiting Qdoba, while it was my husband’s first. I opted for the surf and turf bowl as my husband took some time to decide what he wanted. Thankfully, his server was extremely friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions. He finally chose a custom chicken burrito, and just after we paid, his server surprised us with complimentary warm nachos and queso. Now that’s what I call excellent customer service! Thank you for making my husband’s first Qdoba experience such a positive one!

I?ve been going to this Qdoba location for the past six years, and I didn?t have much to say about it, but it seems they got a new manager/team working there and are doing a fantastic job! The workers are super friendly and go above and beyond to fulfill our orders with quality and in a fast way. We have a chipotle closer to our house, but going to Qdoba has been worth the ride!

Have had different experienced each time I've gone. One time the places was very messy and they were out of sour cream. Another the salsa had waay too much cilantro. The last the food was cold and bland. Consistency in recipes and tempurature would be nice.
