Burger King - Merrimack

Day shift workers are amazing and always get my order right. The man who runs the night shift always forgets either fries or a burger and doesn’t even remember the order because he types it in while he’s cashing you out. Terrible service at night. Amazing service during the day.

It’s not that the food is bad. It’s the fact they get it wrong every time. I could go in and order fries and get an order of onion rings. Even basic tasks like putting together a sausage egg and cheese, they will every time be missing one of those ingredients. You will get sausage and cheese no egg, egg and cheese no sausage. You order a 10 P nuggets, you get 7 sometimes 8 or 9 never 10. Once I got 13. That was cool. I have never got an order right from them. I always park and eat when I go there. Just go back through tell them you are keeping the sandwich they made wrong. Only reason I keep going back is that you get seconds every time you go. You can count on them missing the mark on your order.

I walked in there this afternoon after having to go into the doctors. The cashier had made a mistake on the order for the person in front me. It was exactly what I was going to order. I offered to buy it and let them make another order for the man in front of me. They allowed me to. The cashier was polite respectful and very very professional. He handle the situation perfectly

Rude service, got called an idiot for ordering a burger fresh. Miserable staff, depressing atmosphere. Don't go here if you want to have a nice experience.

How sad they have just one person working,the heat is so cold like making costumer go. Poor women working by her self . I will never come back and I will call employment right too.
