Qdoba Mexican Grill - Merrillville

The three young men on duty tonight, Jaylen K., Jaylen I., and Greg, provided exceptional customer service. Thank you all for everything!

I chose not to dine in because the tables weren't clean. I took my food to the car, only to discover that everything was cold. I won't be returning here again.

This is my second visit to this restaurant, and once again, no one greeted me upon arrival. I had to approach a staff member to ask if I could place my order, as he didn't acknowledge me at all. Most of the employees seemed unhappy and disinterested in their work. I understand that it's just a job, but as a customer, this lack of engagement really makes me reluctant to return in the future.

Food was like warm, and the lady didn't fold my burrito. Instead she just bunched the tortilla together at the top and wrapped it up in foil. Luckily Qdoba's recipes and ingredients carry this place along because everytime I've been it's not been becauseof great customer service.

The place was short staffed and there were signs asking for our patience. We totally understand that being from the restaurant business ourselves. However, one of the 2 workers had an earbud in one ear and clearly was on a phone call as she was halfwaylistening to our order and laughing and making comments that weren't directed at us. Tasty food though.
