Taco Bell - Merriam

Was really excited to get my food being i hadn’t eaten there in awhile. It was immediately ruined by the terrible attitude the girl had.

Doing door dash pulled up to window to pick up customers food and young smart mouth girl would not release customers food cause I didn’t pull-up to mic n wouldn’t release their food and threatened to call police very rude and disrespectful

I was here at 12:30 PM on January 1, 2023. The staff working were excellent. They only had three employees today and the gentleman who assisted let me know upfront that they were short staffed and there might be a delay. The order came out much faster than I anticipated, and the staff was friendly and courteous. I think that these three employees should get financial compensation for their hard work either in the form of double time for holiday hours or a small bonus. They did a phenomenal job u … – show

Better Taco Bell than the one on Johnson up the road but takes longer to prepare the food. Used to be my only Taco Bell but the pandemic decimated the good staff I guess.

I came up to window and I took maybe 20 seconds to row my window down because I was thinking of what I wanted. Yes I should of had window down as soon as I pulled up but when I row it down I waited about 4 minutes for someone to say something, finally I said hello. A calm hello not rude, she responds by saying “I asked you what you wanted 3 times already” I said sorry I had my window up she then said” that’s not my problem” I was so shocked that I just left.
