Sonic Drive-in - Merkel

Terrible experience. The restaurant gave us the wrong food, two drinks without syrup, and didn't properly close the bag of ice, resulting in a messy situation in our SUV. After speaking with the shift manager and driving 30 miles back, they agreed to fix the drinks and ice but refused to replace the food. They said the GM would be available in the morning, but I decided it wasn't worth the hassle. It's clear they prioritize fixing minor mistakes over satisfying their customers.

The staff at this Sonic location speak so quickly that it is impossible to understand them, and they often mix up orders as a result.

The restaurant did not provide me with any of the additional items I requested and I had to wait 25 minutes.

Went there tonight ordered a sonic blast a bag of ice and three milkshakes waited over 30 minutes for the sonic blast with no communication no options no nothing and a very rude disrespectful manager name Angela I live in this town and I have frequent Sonic often but now I will no longer be
