Taco Bell - Meridianville

I didn't miss anything in my review. The beef burritos could use a bit more filling, but I appreciate that they've been added to the dollar menu. I requested a lot of hot sauce, and they really delivered—my bag was packed! Thank you!

We've stopped by this location a few times recently and have consistently found that our orders are incorrect. Tonight, the Nacho Bell Grande was mistakenly loaded with spicy chicken (which is terrible) when it should have had beans and taco meat instead. Additionally, the cheese quesadilla was supposed to come without jalapeño sauce and with extra cheese, but it was covered in sauce and had no extra cheese at all. The staff member at the drive-thru was friendly, but I'm just frustrated with the ongoing issues with our orders at this location. We even tried to stop by last night; although their online hours indicated they were open until 11 PM, we arrived at 10:05 and were told they were already closed.

Terrible experience. The place is always dirty. The service is extremely slow, and the staff is disrespectful. I can almost guarantee that my order will be incorrect every time.

Nothing we requested on the menu was available. Then was told they were out of one thing when we got to the window. I will never go back to ths location. Its happened several times

I was at this location one hour ago in the drive thru. While waiting for my food at the window I noticed 2 employees wearing mask and two employee(one being the manager)not wearing a mask. I ended up asking the drive thru associate if mask were required? His response was Yes . I then pointed the direction of the two not wearing mask. With all of this covid going on you would think that manager would be taking this serious and leading by example.
