Riceworks Asian Street Food Meridian

What I love most about this place is that it never disappoints. I eat here about three times a week. The restaurant is always clean, the food is fresh, and the atmosphere is vibrant and cheerful. You can even watch how they skillfully cut the chicken and vegetables while preparing your meal. I highly recommend trying the Brandon special—you won’t be disappointed!

It was my first time dining at this restaurant, and I had an excellent experience with the service. I asked for recommendations, and it was tough to choose between the chicken and the sweet and sour beef. The staff member asked how hungry I was, and I ended up selecting the beef. I thought I was paying $6.50, but when I received the bill, it was actually much higher at $15.90. I later realized that the price included another order with rice and additional items. When I opened my food, I was pleasantly surprised to find kimchi inside! I was so impressed that I returned to the kitchen to compliment the chefs and the staff.

Best Korean food I've ever had! During my business trip to Meridian, I ended up dining here six times in just 11 days! The chicken is tempura-fried, wonderfully crispy yet tender! Every sauce was spot on! The Ninja Chicken is phenomenal—definitely the best Sweet and Sour Chicken I've ever tasted, and I come from Houston, which has a large Asian community and incredible food options! This restaurant is fantastic, and the staff is exceptional—always warm and welcoming! I even suggested that they open a location in Houston, but I doubt that will happen. It's such a shame because I’ll truly miss this place the most about Idaho!

GENERAL’S CHICKEN *SPICY [Choice of spice, 1-5 star] Tempura chicken, scallions, fire oil, House General’s sauce. This was actually pretty good! Great sized portion too, it actually became 2 meals instead of just one. I ordered spicy level 3 and still had to add my own chili sauce, so next time I definitely will try a 5.

Love this place, been lucky to run into the truck several times out and about, but I am SO HAPPEH! to see them at The Village... if they have been here I had not noticed until I came the other day and they were all opened up outdoor style. We had a nice, quick dinner before a movie on a Friday at about 630pm and from getting in line, to chopsticks in hand, it was less than 20 mins. Awesome, and no sacrifice on the food, it was as good as ever... Tip: you can join their rewards program and get free food after a select number of purchases. They have a KIDS MENU... fantastic!
