Las Fuentes Mexican - Meridian

The service and food were excellent. This is hands down the best Mexican food for miles! We will definitely be returning. The server was incredibly friendly and attentive, constantly checking on us and ensuring our drinks were topped up. The atmosphere was delightful and charming.

This restaurant is a fantastic find for travelers! The Mexican food is delicious, especially the authentic salsa. The server, who wore a mask, was charming and the atmosphere was bright and cheerful. We tried the spinach and mushroom quesadillas and the veggie enchiladas, both of which were fantastic. As Texans, we were very pleased. The iced tea was refreshing and had a freshly brewed taste. I highly recommend Las Fuentes (The Fountains) for anyone looking for a great place to enjoy Mexican cuisine!

The Mexican food at this restaurant is excellent and authentic. Everything tastes fresh and the lunch specials offer generous portions of food.

Stopped in for a beer, chips salsa. Beer could have been colder. Chips and salsa were good.

Great for locals and visitors in town for work like myself. Establishment was clean and convenient to hotels within the area.Food was reasonably priced and authentic !The veggie enchiladas were flavorful and a good portion size.The drink I ordered from the bar did exactly as stated and tasted amazing..stress relieved!I tried Maria's nearby and thought it was a tad more expensive than the typical Mexican restaurant so I highly recommend Las Fuentes if you're debating on competitors.
