Kanak Attack Katering - Meridian

Then, on 5/25/16, I heard that Kanak had made some updates. I saw a coworker with a burrito, and I decided to give them another chance. Kanak, this is why I fell in love with your food! The flavors were amazing! I tried the chicken and rice burrito, and wow – the flavor was incredible! I can’t emphasize enough how delicious it was! Plus, the burrito was well-made and not messy at all, which I really appreciated. The veggies were perfectly cooked, and that coconut rice was still fantastic! If you keep this up, you’ll have a very loyal customer on your hands! One thing I forgot to mention in my last review still stands: the customer service! You know who you are. You’re consistently welcoming, patient, friendly, and quick! Your great service has definitely kept me coming back, even when I had doubts.

I’m thrilled to have this restaurant now in Meridian! We loved them when they first opened on Broadway in Boise and have followed their food truck to our favorite events. We were so excited when someone chose them for catering, and we were fortunate to be invited. I just stopped by for a late lunch, and I wasn’t disappointed at all. There’s even enough left for tomorrow's lunch (or maybe breakfast)! Thank you, Kanak Attack!

The best Hawaiian food in Idaho! This is the only Hawaiian BBQ restaurant I've found anywhere, even in Hawaii, that lets you choose from a variety of rice and side dishes with your meal. Mike and his team serve delicious food! I've recommended Kanak Attack to all my friends! The only downside is that it's just too close to my house—goodbye, diet!

I was craving Hawaiian food and stumbled upon this hidden gem. It was absolutely delicious! It felt just like we were back in Hawaii. I highly recommend it!

Our new favorite restaurant! We've always enjoyed their food truck, and now that they've opened a restaurant, we've already been back twice in just three days! The teriyaki chicken and kalua pork are absolutely delicious—definitely a must-try!
