Hook Reel Cajun Seafood - Meridian

This restaurant is a great addition to the area. A fun signature dish is the seafood boil. You get to pick what you want and it comes to your table in a big bag filled with a scrumptious mix reminiscent of Frogmore Stew. The atmosphere in the place is energetic fun. It's not cheap but it's GOOD seafood served in Idaho! Shout out to Dan the bartender????

Food by far was great, the service was outstanding. Very friendly servers and always keeping you full on drinks. (Very much appreciated) nothing tasted old or out of place from the sausage to the crab legs things were well made. We?ve tasted some Cajun sauces and this ones unique I?d say on the sauce level id give it a good 4 out of 5. Great atmosphere for the family as well.

Absolutely amazing quality and super yummy!! Mu husband and I run a Transportation business, so whenever we are close we make it a must to stop here. The quality, size and portion is great and the presentation is great as well. I love that they open the bag and pour it onto a tray, whereas other places just give you the bag and leave. Our server was super nice and very attentive and gave great recommendations. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back! :

Enjoyed a late lunch. My husband had the shrimp basket a salad. I Enjoyed a lobster tail basket. And we shared calamari. Food was tasty! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Fun atmosphere. Highly recommend.

If you are wondering if you should go?DO IT! Yum yum yum!! We came in and had the best service. Don?t stress about sitting in the bar area if Dan is there. He was our server and he was excellent (he told us he was the bartender) The food was delicious and service was fast.
