Fiesta Guadalajara - Meridian

Went here with my family for my moms birthday! Food was really good. Margaritas were good. Their Spanish rice is so good!! Service was great. We asked for some hotter salsa they did NOT disappoint with the hotter salsa! I’m glad they gave us some warning on it. It was extreme for me but two members of my group really liked it. Would go here again.

We love Fiesta Guadalajara! We go there often. My family went Sunday March 27 for a birthday celebration and we had the best lunch and drinks. The food is delicious and we always have a great experience. The waiters and waitresses are so kind and do a great job!

Yummy, authentic Mexican food. My stepmother got the gluten-free enchiladas and said they were awesome! My taco salad in a crunchy flour taco shell was pretty good as well.

Open dinning great customer service and super fast food thats hot and tasty, plus margaritas sooo good.

Food was good and what I had filled the whole plate. The amount that I took home lasted 3 meals. The decor is authentic . The staff was also Mexican which added to the authenticity.
