Uses their online service to order pizza, they apply a service fee for online orders yay! So said the order ready for picking up around 5:13, I arrive and said pizzas were not made 15 minutes, okay I can live with it. Staff comes out, says we have your order wrong, added a topping you wanted to remove and remove another topping if you can take it You have a free soda or brownie or I can do it again (other 15 minutes), which means that the other pizzas sit and get soggy crust. Will never buy from this place again. Staff outside the ruin. No customers. I had an order for afternoon pickup. And they had made the pizza hours before picking up. It was a joke for the employees. You wouldn't even give me a reception. The employee knocked it before me threw it in the garbage, turned and went back. I guess you don't need customers??? I read through all the other reviews and it seems that the only reviews you react to are 5 stars. It's just Idaho Pizza for us. They actually understand good customer service and go over and over for their customers

Pizza is almost always delicious, but they are SLOVEN. If you need food within an hour from someone else. We ordered this evening with an arrival time of 5:15. It's 5 to 6 now and they're not here yet. When we called, they couldn't even give us an ETA.

I absolutely love the pizza and the friendly customer service! The personal pizza is perfect for a child (9 years old), and the two large pizzas were more than plenty for five people! Highly recommend the deep dish but don?t shy from their thin crust. really can?t go wrong with either! Coming from a Chicago native, I must say they even nailed the sauce! Keep up the great work!!
