This restaurants staff knows what they are doing. They are quick, friendly, and attentative even when the place is packed and there are pick-up orders piling up and the phone is non-stop. Great staff, great food, well worth the trip!Vegetarian options: Plenty of meat free choices!Dietary restrictions: They were very attentative to my friends peanut allergy!

Great atmosphere, kindly greeted at the door. The hostess was very nice and set us up with a table with a short wait. The cocktails were amazing and the food was even better. Great flavor in the duck ramen and great spice and flavor in the dan dan noodles. Highly recommend to anyone that loves Great noodles!

Uncle is not only our favorite ramen restaurant in Denver, but one of our favorite restaurants here overall! The drinks are all great, for food our faves are the cold sesame noodles, spicy chicken ramen, and eggplant buns. Service is always on point, with special props to Matt for going above and beyond!

Awesome food, service and atmosphere. I’m not even a ramen fan usually so if you are, you’ll love it ?? Save room for a hearty meal!Not great for kiddos. Leave some time for parking which is usually limited but easy to walk from nearby neighborhoods. Highly recommend making a reservation, it is small and super popular.

Busy but worth the wait Ramen near Wash Park. The fried chicken appetizer with the rice was amazing and the ramen was best I 've ever had from my ramen expert son. Busy so be prepared to wait, but the staff is friendly and makes you feel comfortable and not rushed.
