Starbucks - Meridian Station

4 people working and only one making coffee. Short fat girl pretending to work. Blonde girl wearing her pajamas. Long line and only the tall male working and doing everything. This place needs a new manager and a dress code for employees.

Me and my 7-year-old son were customers here. After we had our drinks, they said they don’t have a restroom. They didn’t even make an exception for my son. No sign is posted on the entrance door and nothing was told in advance. Weird. Never met such an awful service in Starbucks before. How did they get a retail food permit without having a bathroom I wonder?!

I stop by here multiple times a week on my way to work. Every single employee is SO NICE and attentive. They seriously make my mornings brighter!

Tried to grab a matcha here just now, needed to rinse my tumbler out. No restroom and they couldnt rinse my tumbler out for me. I couldnt have felt more unwelcome. I walked in and there was 4 or 5 employees just hanging out talking. Doing nothing. They just stared at me like why did you come in here. They directed me to all the other starbucks in the area which are too far to walk to. Garbage people and garbage business.

No indoor or outdoor seating, unlike the pictures/description
