Phở Fusion Asian - Meridian Station

We had pho at the restaurant in the past and liked it very much. Just had some sandwiches delivered and they were mighty tasty too.

I live a few blocks away from Pho Fusion Asian (38th Wolfe) and used to grab food here almost weekly when it first opened 10+ years ago when they prepared freshly-made, healthy, fast food. It has since undergone new management 3-4 times or more with the food quality declining with each new owner/manager. I hadn’t been to Pho Fusion in probably over a year so I thought I would give it another try…it will be my last time!I bought the grilled chicken Vietnamese noodle bowl for $13.50 or $15.12 total. The grilled chicken was more of a processed meat product more resembling a cold cut and totally disgusting tasting. The veggies included chopped romaine, with a few shreds of carrot and a few shreds of an unidentifiable white root vegetable possibly turnip? In previous years Pho Fusion would include an egg roll with the meal…no longer is the case. I would steer clear of this restaurant and go elsewhere. I do NOT recommend and would rate zero stars if I could.

I order from this spot all the time and I love it. Today I ordered on DoorDash and my phone was missing the broth. DoorDash and my dasher were no help but when I called the restaurant, they immediately offered to bring the broth to my house : no questions asked. They also threw in some cheese wontons, which were delicious!

Food was very disappointing. The protein was over cooked big time. Probably wouldn’t give this place a 2nd try.

This is my go to when I want good hot Pho. I order chicken and shrimp mix, it’s always hot and fresh. The owners are friendly and nice. I love the bevs. Strawberry smoothie, mango smoothie.
